At Vespres d’Arnadí, we have a slightly unique way of celebrating Christmas. Of course, we love sharing Händel’s Messiah and other suitable repertoire for this time of year with you, but for some time now, we have created our own tradition: filling the Palau de la Música to offer you The Four Seasons by Vivaldi, one of the most popular Baroque pieces that we thoroughly enjoy performing.

For many music lovers, Christmas is synonymous with Handel’s Messiah, the famous oratorio the composer originally intended for Easter but which has become inseparable from the holiday season. Vespres d’Arnadí will contribute to the festive spirit with four performances conducted by Xavier Puig and featuring soloists Maria Hinojosa, Marta Infante, Marc Sala and Guillem Batllori.

This season we once again have the privilege of performing regularly at the Palau de la Música Catalana, and what's more, doing so with truly exciting projects and partners in crime really worth the while!

La Vila del Joy is a festival that we hold dear and feel very close to for obvious reasons: the event, which this year has reached its tenth edition, is organized by our co-founder, co-director and oboist, Pere Saragossa. It has been a joy to see how Pere’s initiative, together with the Ateneu d’Història i Ar​t of La Vila Joiosa, grows and consolidates year after year, and also to have the opportunity to contribute with our music.​
